    I think my scale is broken :) I did not sleep great last night.  I got up four times to pee.  I guess that is because I hardly went yesterday.  I also had a hard time falling asleep last night.  I think it was dew to the thermo- boost.  Today I will work on getting them both in by 3pm at the latest. 
    NO MY SCALE IS NOT BROKEN!!!! I went in this morning to meet with the gals at Slim Genics and I have lost 3.5 lbs!!! (and that was after I had eaten my 2 eggs for breakfast)  If I keep seeing results like this I am going to be skinny in no time!  I picked up some more of the thermo- boost drink in different flavors.  I am excited to try them! 
    When I went into to meet with “the Gals” I got some good tips on how to get my raw veggies in today.  I am going to use leaves of lettuce as a wrap around my chicken and my steak.  I am grilling steak today with Chipolta Mrs Dash on it.  I also talked to them about my salt intake, I found it hard yesterday to get in the 1/2 tsp.  salt.  I thought that I would try 1/4 tsp today.  However, I had some slight leg cramps this morning when I woke up so they said for sure squeeze in the full 1/2 tsp.  As far as the peeing all night... They recommended that I put a lemon in my water. I guess that will help to flush all the water out.  I decided to try a few drops of Lemon Essential Oils in my water.  It was very refreshing and worked like a charm.  With in 1/2 hr I had to pee and have been peeing consistently ever sense.  I also picked up some fat free Western dressing to dip my veggies in.  This should help with the veggie intake.  I still can not believe that I lost 3.5 lbs!  I really want to tell every one that I see, but I will refrain. 
    The steak with Chipolta on it was very yummy!!  Had a little kick to it.  1/4 tsp salt down 1/4 tsp to go.
    I am so excited!! I just fond out that one of my friends has a daughter that is doing Slim Genics.  Just a few weeks ago I had commented on how skinny she had gotten!  This just confirms my decision more!  I can not wait until my friends are doing double takes when they see me! 
    I got though my day. Lots of raw green veggies lots of water and meat.  I also sat down and worked on my menu for Friday Saturday and Sunday.  I will work on more days tomorrow.  Speaking of tomorrow, I have student clinic all day on Thursday and Friday so this should be interesting.  I hope that I am not pooping as much.  And I hope that people don’t mind me chomping on raw greens like a cow. ;)
